You want to group elements in a form right?
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_fieldset.asp

Ignore the link above, for now. Instead think of how a FORM element is composed.

<form action="https://www.example.com/handler.php">
/*
 .
 .
 .
*/
<input type="submit" value="Submit">
</form>

Let’s say the form above took in three pieces of information from one select element and two radio button groups. There would be three names in play.

 %url%?model=%model%&finish=%finish%&color=%color%

I use %% to enclose values derived from the form data. It’s pseudo-code.
