How to make a row under a specific table header?

Evening everyone.

Hope you are all well.

Having a bit of trouble creating a table in a specific fashion. It is quite a simple design with two headers, ‘Name’ and ‘Description’.

What I want to do is have a row with a name and a description then subsiquest rows appearing just under the description column so that I have put in additional notes os descriptions. After which I would enter a new name and do it again. Screenshot of a example of what I want. Table

What am I missing?

Thanks.

<table>
  <tr>
    <th>Name</th>
    <th>Descriptin</th>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td rowspan="3">Hello World</td>
    <td>Note 1</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>Note 2</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>Note 3</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td rowspan="3">Learning</td>
    <td>Note 1</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>Note 2</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>Note 3</td>
  </tr>
</table>
