How Should I Define X?

Python Syntax 13/14

Instruction 2: Create a string called big_string that says:
The product was X
with the value of product where the X is.

I’ve got:
big_string = x
print "The product was " + str(big_string)

I’m close, right?
How else shall I define x?

Why does my code give a TypeError when I press Run?

X is shown to indicate/mark where you should insert product variable in the string.

X is a placeholder for the product variable you need to define.

product = yourCodeHere
big_string = "The product was " + str(product)
