I noticed that unless you write something to a file, it is not created (see the screenshots). Why? How do I create an empty txt file then? Please keep in mind I need a method that creates a file but does nothing (instead of throwing an exception) if a file with that name already exists
not sure but I think you just dont make the second part that puts the stuff in the txt
