Media queries are included in the CSS of your project.

Codecademy offers a CSS course on responsive design, and there are many resources online that are available.

If your project is finished, which it looks to be, I would recommend shrinking the screen down and inserting media queries at points where the design starts to break. Doing so should give you a path of least resistance when making any changes.
