Thank you so much for letting us know! We really appreciate your feedback and for taking the time to report this. It helps make us better. We are looking into it.
First, make sure that the bug isn't in your code!
Check the category for your exercise. See if someone else has already asked about the same problem. If you don't see anything there, start a new topic and ask them to check your work.
If the bug is not in your code:
Go to the Problems category and see if it has already been reported there. If is has, you should add your information and screenshots that topic.
It is hasn't been posted already, start a new topic with the following information:
- a detailed description of the problem
- a link to where the problem occurs
- any error messages that you see
- your operating system and which browsers that you have tried
- screenshot(s) of the problem
This is the best way for our team and engineers to keep track of bugs and it also allows other users who may have the same issue to contribute or post more details on what they are experiencing. It also allows us to get a good idea on how many others are experiencing this bug.
It helps when you make it easy for the engineers to understand and recreate the problem.
Many exercises have a Report a Bug option. You can use that to submit any problems you run into. You won't get a personal response but your report will help find the most common problems so they can be fixed first.
