Hi i have problem with code for 17.Review Functions

#1

Hi , I am stuck on this lesson for long :frowning:
so if anybody know how to solve it , i would be very thankfull :smile:
here is code i wrote ,

def shut_down(s):
   if s == 'yes':
   return "Shutting down"
   elif s == 'no':
   return "Shutting down aborted"
   else:
   return "Sorry"

#2

This is error it replies
Your code threw the following error: expected an indented block (python, line 3)
File "python", line 3
return "Shutting down"
^
IndentationError: expected an indented block

#3

if you edit/update your question, leave a reply so i get a notification. please format your code so we can see you indention, choice one of the two following methods, i think the backticks are easier

select your code and press ctrl + k (or cmd + k if you use a mac)

if this instructions are unclear, you can also insert 3 backticks before and after your code, like so:

```
<p>visible</p>
```

the backtick is located above the tab key on your keyboard

#4

It's "Shutdown aborted", not "shutting down aborted"

#5

Your indention is really wrong, which throws the error if you have line which ends with a colon, you should indent the next line, for example:

def shut_down(s):
   if s == 'yes':
       return "Shutting down"
