Hi, guys, I kindly need your help with # 14 Decisions

#1

I'm new to this forum, and haven't been able to find the following topic here.

I'm aware that "myName" < 7, so I'm trying to figure out how to make it work.

Error:
Make sure you've put a condition in line 1 that is true.

if( "myName".length >= 7 ) {
    console.log("You have a long name!");
}

You are getting the error because they want you to put a true statement. The string "myName" is 6 letters, so 6 >= 7 would evaluate to false.

Also, I'm not sure why you are using "myName" instead of your an actual name (greater than 7 characters, because they want a true statement remember), unless you have a variable called myName storing your name as a string. In that case, you would call it without quotes in if statement.
