Can you post your code in a single block, with indentation, please? :slight_smile:

Edit: Didn’t notice you’re using RenPy.

Several of your errors seem to be coming from statements like this:

$ menu: flag = True

I believe that in RenPy, anything after a $ is interpreted as regular Python, and trying to get Python to run

menu: flag = True

might be what’s causing your error.

If you’re trying to set a variable in Python called “menu flag”, the following might work:

$ menu_flag = True

I’m not sure what’s up with the name statement lines, though.
