The most likely cause for this is that you forgot to put the parentheses on the function call. You most likely did this:
Which will print the information about
get_force, since it is a function, but you did not use parentheses.

It is very difficult to help debug if we don’t know what you are working with.
If I took a guess based on what is being printed, you are probably stating the variables name like so:
def statement(): return 'If called correctly this line will print!' print(statement) #note the lack of parenthesis after the function () # this will print something similar to the message you received. # it is stating the location of the function in the memory
In order to actually use the code inside of a function you have to call it using parenthesis:
def statement(): return "If called correctly this line will print!" print(statement()) # note the parenthesis after the function () # will print the line inside of the statement function
