You are off to a good start there.
Here is your new neighborhood-guides div, so far. I did a little bit of tidy up so we could see what we were building.

<div class="neighborhood-guides">
   <div class="container">
      <h2>Neighhorhood Guides</h2>
      <p>Not sure where to stay? We've created neighborhood guides for cities all around the world.</p>

         <div class="row">

            <div class="col-md-4">

This is probably a good time to read these tips: http://discuss.codecademy.com/t/5-6-7-some-advice-to-help-you-control-your-divs/9829

You should add in all of the closing /div tags so you don't forget any. Then give them comments so that you can keep track of what is closing which div.

Give that a go and then let me know how you get on with that.
