Looks like cubes_by_four is the wrong length. It should have 5 values.

The instructions include …

… only if the cube is evenly divisible by four.

As a condition, you have if y % 4 == 0. That checks whether y is evenly divisible by 4, but you need to check whether y ** 3 is evenly divisible by 4.
