Help with c++ in vs code

Hi, so I am doing the loops challenge for c++ in my own laptop using vs code, and when I tried to use #include , it said the following error: cannot open source file iostream. Can anyone pls help with that?

Possibly a missing compiler or rather the standard libraries associated with it (or it just can’t be found). The vs code docs for getting started with a language are often the best place to start-

Does it compile outside of VS code?

I never tried compiling it out of vs code actually, but I’ll try visiting that website to see what I can do. Thanks!

Sry for the late reply, but I solved the problem. Apparently I didn’t have a compiler installed because I thought that the compiler in vs code was sufficient, so thanks for your help :smiley:
