Help with 2. html 10/15 step

I am not understanding how to properly wrap an image in order to make it a link to a new site on a different tab.

Replace this line with your code.

  <img src="" alt="Brown Bear"target="">Brown Bear</a> />

Making an image work as a link is pretty simple. An easy way to remember is first make a text link:
<a href="URL">text here</a>

Then add the attribute target="_blank" to make it open in a new tab:
<a href="URL" target="_blank">text here</a>

Now we replace the "text" with the image code:
<img src="image URL" />

aaaand it should look like this!
<a href="URL" target="_blank"> <img src="image URL" /> </a>

Hello what is wrong with my code .It doesn't display image
