The structure of Bootstrap ROW facility
should have a structure like

    <div class="col-md-4"></div>
    <div class="col-md-4"></div>
</div>

If you use the ROW facility of Bootstrap
Bootstrap will divide the Display in 12 equal-width Columns
and by using class attribute names starting with
.col-xs (phones), .col-sm (tablets), .col-md (desktops), and .col-lg (large desktops).
you can manipulate specific Display's

And keep track of your opening <div> and closing </div>'s
