Make sure to read things carefully in the courses. That usually helps, and if it doesn’t, get the solution, and then see what you should’ve done.

Not everyone is online every day, so i think you just have to be patience unless you have channels/ways to reach him? Hopefully he will be online again soon, if his helping style is suiting you, that is well worth the wait.
