GitHub can't see my first web

Hi!

Trying to manage github. I’m doing the course “first end web dev” and taking the first steps on git.
A did the second step - “https://username.github.io”.
So, my user name is “JMeloInacio” i replace it and did error:

404

Did you look in the documentation for that error?

Did you set up an index.html file?
