Get Help Button doesn't work

I am working on project of python3 and the link of “ Get Help “ and project walkthrough video don’t
work. WHAT SHOULD I DO? :worried:

Welcome to the forums! :slight_smile:

You could try asking about the problem here. Be sure to give relevant details and format your code with the </> before you paste it.

Thanx,
I was working on my project and I want the link of Get Help working.

Yes, I meant while it’s not working somebody here might be able to help out with the problem in your exercise…

OH! yeah
So when I was working on the Thread Shed Project in python 3 I get stuck in here and don’t know what to do next. :upside_down_face:

Now, iterate through transactions_clean and for each transaction:

  1. Append the customers name to customers .
  2. Append the amount of the sale to sales .
  3. Append the threads sold to thread_sold .

and this is my code:
</daily_sales_replaced = daily_sales.replace(";,;" , “-”)
#print(daily_sales_replaced )
daily_transactions = daily_sales_replaced.split(",")
#print(daily_transactions )

daily_transactions_split =
for phrase in daily_transactions:

daily_transactions_split.append(phrase.split("-"))
#print(daily_transactions_split)

transactions_clean =
for word in daily_transactions_split:
for char in word:
transactions_clean.append(char.split())

#print(transactions_clean)

customers =
sales =
thread_sold =

for trans in transactions_clean:
#customers.append

#print(customers)
#print(sales)
#print(thread_sold)

Hey there @shadnooshshapournia4!! Welcome to the forums :grinning:

In Python indentation is very important, in order for us to help you we quiet often need to be able to see it. As @toastedpitabread said earlier, please format your code with the preformatted text button </> :

Then insert your code between the backticks:

You mention that the “Get Help” button is not working. Are you clicking the one at the bottom right of the screen? The video takes a moment to load, but it is working for me.

Hey! Thank you.

</daily_sales_replaced = daily_sales.replace(";,;" , “-”)
#print(daily_sales_replaced )
daily_transactions = daily_sales_replaced.split(",")
#print(daily_transactions )

daily_transactions_split =
for phrase in daily_transactions:

daily_transactions_split.append(phrase.split("-"))
#print(daily_transactions_split)

transactions_clean =
for word in daily_transactions_split:
for char in word:
transactions_clean.append(char.split())

#print(transactions_clean)

customers =
sales =
thread_sold =

for trans in transactions_clean:
#customers.append

#print(customers)
#print(sales)
#print(thread_sold)

Now It is OK. And about the link, It’s not even a link to click on, It’s just a phrase. :no_mouth:

Could you post a link to the project?
The “Get Help” button should be in the bottom right hand corner. Here is a picture from the Censor Dispensor project:

YOHO! The crazy is actually me! :laughing:
Thank you so much
