You should put a number (integer) inside the argument for quarter like 1 is a number

#4

var quarter = function (number){
return number/4;
};
if (quarter(prompt()) % 3 === 0 ) {
console.log("The statement is true");
} else {
console.log("The statement is false");
}

Something like this
