Full Screen Blinking Circle

I’ve raised this issue before, but I may be one of only a small group of people who are adversely affected by blinking objects and animated GIFs. They really are an annoyance, and discomforting. The little blinking circle in the new course pages is equally distracting. Just saying.

@mtf Doesn’t it go away if you click it? It’s supposed to pop something up when you click it, telling you about the expand button, then go away after you’ve clicked it.

I have clicked it and it does not go away. But it just occured to me that I can turn it off, either in the inspector or in a custom style sheet.
