Fotomatic: sign-up section on solution website no longer responsive?

I’m using Chrome 112 on Windows, and when I resize the website using “Inspect” for mobile and tablet dimensions, the green signup section box is still green. What gives?

I believe this is because they are missing the "meta name=“viewport” content=“width=device-width, initial-scale=1"” tag from their “head”.

I see the same issue in the device toolbar, however, it responds correctly if I just resize my browser.
