No, I cannot I am only beging to program

well, there should print screen (sometimes a few letters are missing, to shorten it a bit) button on your keyboard, once you have that you paste the screenshot (right click -> paste or ctrl + v) the screenshot

assuming that you are on a computer

as programmer, you need to know how to make a screenshot
