Fixed background picture not showing and feedback

Hello everyone,

Newb over here and this is my first go at trying to create a webpage. Anyways, I’m stuck at trying to add a picture as my background. I’ve tried multiple ways in html and css, but can’t get it to work. Any help is appreciated and any feedback on improving is welcomed. I’ve attached screenshots of my work.

Is the image not in the resources folder as well? If it is, that means the program is looking for an image file that is in DevProjects, not on of its folders.

Thanks for the reply! The image was in not in the resources folder. It was only in the DevProjects folder.
