Hi, here is my portfolio project and repository I had spent some decent time on CSS, tried to figure which layout to use… It’s pretty simple. If you have time please review my CSS. Transition properties have been copied from google J . Thanks for your time and please be critical.

The rough layout is very nice! It’s simple and easy to read on both mobile and desktop, which is great. The icons in “Skills” and “Contact” are nicely sized, and the animation is fun.
Design-wise, it could definitely benefit from having some color, perhaps on the navigation bar. (If you really want to have fun, maybe make the icons turn to color versions when moused-over, in addition to the size change that is there now?) Also, the typography in the menu feels a little off to me. The spacing is a bit different from the section titles, despite appearing to be the same font-family, and the thinness of the lines clashes a bit with the thick logo, in my opinion.
I would also recommend either having a floating top navigation bar or including a footer navigation bar. As the content increases (especially as you add project content), it will become a little more difficult to navigate, because the user will have to scroll all the way back to the top to click another link.
The clean feel of the site is really nice, and I’m definitely impressed by the animations! Just need to spice it up a little bit to really make it stand out. Great work!
