Honestly, everything looks good. 
I just have two recommendations about presentation:
- Be careful of the significance of the figures you are calculating (total_goals and own_goal). Think about how the numbers would be interpreted. It might be more helpful to have 3.3 instead of 3.319372.
- Are there any data visualizations that could help digest the data (histograms, bar charts, ect)? If there are try adding some with matplotlib, and/or seaborn.
