We are trialling your product with our students and are having issues accessing parts your website, for example the command line emulator wont load. I have seen your FAQ I can't connect to Codecademy relating to this problem but cannot find any technical information to aid resolution.
Speaking to our IT Support, normally with these sorts of know issues companies will provide a list of the domains where your content is hosted so that we can add some exclusions. Could you add this to the FAQ please.
