Install Atom on your computer. Build a webpage
Learn more html and css (sololearn, freecodecamp, MDN, w3c)
build multiply webpages on your computer and link them together with anchor elements (<a></a>)
host the pages on github pages, tips and resources has a lot of good information, including how to use github static pages
Learn more Js/Jquery.
That should keep you occupied for a while

there are ‘‘Learn JavaScript’’, ‘‘JavaScript’’, and ‘‘java’’ courses in the catalog. which should i learn?
Learn Javascript is a newer course, but both learn javascript and javascript teach you javascript, you can do either or both
