Does open("output.txt", "r+") really force open a text file or is it kept as a mirror or backhand storage?
I am using spyder as a console and when I put that code nothing happens and I get the following message
runfile('/Users/xxx/Desktop/Python Tutorials/file_input.py', wdir='/Users/xxx/Desktop/Python Tutorials')
What does that message mean?
Replace this line with your code.
