I can’t seem to complete the tasks for this exercise because I can’t even click start?
Anyone else have this issue? How did you solve it?

I am not a subscriber. When I access the above project page, a popup mentions it is available to subscribers.
From your screenshot, I gather that you aren’t a subscriber as well and therefore can’t do the project.
