IMHO #2 using @unittest.skipUnless(entertainment.regional_jet() is False, 'Not available on regional jets') is not the best way of communicating skipUnless() because skipIf() is better suited for this situation.

I would recommend changing the question to something like @unittest.skipUnless(entertainment.international_jet() , 'Only available on international jets'). This would convey the usage of skipUnless() more clearly.

Yeah thats a great suggestion, i got mildly confused on this simple question just since it makes more sense to use skipIf()
