They use this code to filter restaurants in this practice.

I get stuck in this logic.
I think 0-23 is difficult to compare.

If a restaurant opens on 22:00 and closes on 04:00, and I want to eat something at 24:00, then the filter function may not work.

TypeScript does not indicate this as an error. Although, in fact, specifying the type during the declaration of const does not make any sense.
