Hello, can anyone tell me if you are supposed to use npm install react-redux once and any application has access or if you must run it each time you create an application inside its specific work folder environment?

Nevermind, just did some digging and found out using “npx create-react-app my-app --template redux” when initializing the app sets up redux on launch.

Well hello!
I’m having trouble installing React: I think it’s a filing issue - I’m not sure. As it indicates at the top of the image that the file is not in/externally recognized as an operable program or batch file. I don’t know what this means, including the following messages: the npm app instructions are to no avail. Could someone please help me as to how to get past this, I’d appreciate it a lot, thanks!
