The blank line (line 3) in the solution code of the screenshot is just for readability and it is your choice whether to include a blank line or not.
But, the indentation is not optional. In your code, the statement my_car = Car() is considered as being a part of the Car class based on the indentation. Whereas in the solution code, the statement my_car = Car() is outside the class because of the indentation.
