Why are we using a link tags for the buttons here?

The exercise asks "Begin by adding some basic styles to the answer class. Create a one-pixel, solid border with the color #466995"

border: 1px solid #466995;

But when I put that color in for the border - it responds:
.answer to have its border-top-color style equal to rgb(70, 105, 149) but got rgb(64, 96, 135)

Not sure if this is a bug or if I am missing something.

I have a problem with the first part of this exercise. When I wrote the right answer the output gives me an error and when I reviewed the solution I found that my code was correct.

Please, I need help

I think its an error on the solution part on the first step. I hope this gets fixed because it was confusing for a while, and made it impossible to proceed to the next steps!
