The exercise in step 3/7 is incomplete. The solution requires:

const { getElementById, getIndexById, updateElement,
seedElements, createElement } = require(’./utils’);

But the instruction makes no mention of this.
Also, there is no facility to log a bug report on this whole module, it seems.
