So I have a question regarding the example and the button rendering instead of the expanding nav. I’m a little bit confused as to why the button renders but the navbar would not in cases where the screen is smaller than the breakpoint.

I didn’t see any explanation as to WHY if the navbar-expand-lg class ends up being false, why the button is then rendered INSTEAD. Why doesn’t it render even if the navbar-expand-lg class is true? What class that either has prevents this? I would really appreciate some clarification. Thanks.
