i am not able to move from 9-10 what am i suppossed to to

I am doing Learn Ruby and I’m on the Introduction. I’m currently on single line comments and I couldn’t move through, it seems like I have to upload a file and I don’t have that file (code editor), I’m very confused. Where do I get this file?

9/script.rb has been moved. This will cause problems with this exercise, please move 9/script.rb back to its original location, or reset your files

Hello, @shairajavier99524828, and welcome to the forums!

That is strange. There is no file for you to move. Possibly an issue with your browser. Have you tried resetting the exercise, and/or refreshing your browser? If so, and that didn’t work, which browser are you using, and what type of device. Reviewing this Troubleshooting Guide may help.

Thanks so much for the response. I’m using Chrome on MacBookAir7,2 (tried it on Safari as well, didn’t work). I’ll try it on firefox and see how I go.

I am experiencing the same problem, with my windows 10 on chrome…

I have the same issue. Did you ever find the solution?

I am experiencing the same problem??

I also can’t get past this page. Have tried updated browsers, no plugins, and cleared cache and cookie on chrome, edge, Firefox and Safari.

Any ideas please? Screenshot attached
