In case someone is wondering, you can nest multiple replace statements if you want to replace more items in a single column:

SELECT REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(ingredients, 'enriched_flour', 'flour'), 'vanilla_extract', 'vanilla'), 'brown_sugar', 'sugar') as item_ingredients
FROM baked_goods;

If there is any other way to do this I’d love to hear about it.
