exercise 15 the big IF

why is my code not working? it says it has the wrong indentation on line 4. Where it says do not forget to indent...but I have! some help in this line please?

# Make sure that the_flying_circus() returns True
def the_flying_circus():
    if name == "marta": # Start coding here!
        print:"nice name!"# Don't forget to indent
        # the code inside this block!
    elif name =="hola" or "hello":
        print: "ugly name":# Keep going here.
    else:
        print: "thanks for your name"# You'll want to add the else statement, too!

#2

Getting rid of the : after print?
Also this:

elif name =="hola" or "hello":

might not do what you suppose it to do.

#3

Many thanks!
how did the : got there?
I have got rid of the ones after print.
Still doesn't work. My main problem is to make it work without being able to write anything before the If. ....so I can't define "name".
many thanks

Exercise 15 the big if
#4

Could you post a link to the exercise? Why can't you define name somewhere in the code? Is the error message still the same or has it changed?

#5

this is the code i made and it works fine

Make sure that the_flying_circus() returns True

def the_flying_circus():
if 0 <= 1: # Start coding here!
print("fly") # Don't forget to indent
return True# the code inside this block!
elif 0 == 1 or 0 == 3:
print("circus") # Keep going here.
return True# You'll want to add the else statement, too!
else:
return True
