Please post your code, not a screencast. Thank you. We are not able to copy code from an image and this makes it difficult for others to help.

You're code looks wrong anyway but it might be that the lower case "j" that needs to be "J"

Correction:
console.log("January".substring(0,3));
console.log("Melbourne is great".substring(0,12));
console.log("Hamburgers".substring(3,10));

Thank you, it actually was the lower case "j" that was the issue.

Thank you, the code worked once I used a lower case "j" after clearing cache on the browser.
