Errors within payment

Welcome to the Get Help category!

I selected Monthly payments and there was even a confirmation on me selecting monthly but instead after the 7 day trial I paid for a yearly subscription and I have been searching a way to get in contact with customer service. I am happy to just pay for a month but not for a year.

You can look at the help center and submit a ticket there also.

We can’t answer/ address billing questions here in the forums. Please submit a support ticket. The turn around time is usually within 24 hours.
