I'm not actually stuck on this exercise. I'm writing this because there is a way to completely skip the second and third parts of Math Functions II. By using the code posted below and fooling the course, you don't have to use
strlen(), or even
substr(). After submitting this code, you are allowed to go to Array Functions I.
