Error while trying to sign up for Pro membership

No matter what card I use, I get the same message saying that I need to confirm the card information is correct and to contact my bank.

Can anybody help, pls?

Unfortunately we can help with billing here, for that you’ll have to raise a ticket with Codecademy’s customer support.

It may be a few days until they can get back to you. I believe the majority of staff is out of office for the holidays.
