That line of code is a problem. You've put the closing /div tag on immediately after you begin the row. This has created an empty div. The plan is to close the row after the third column.

@captain_tyga,

  <div class="learn-more">
    <div class="container">
      <div class="row">
        <div class="col-md-4">
          <h3>Travel</h3>
          <p>From apartments and rooms to treehouses and boats: stay in unique spaces in 192 countries.</p>
          <p><a href="#">See how to travel on Airbnb</a></p>
        </div>
            <!-- a <div> is not a candy -->
        <div class="col-md-4">
           <h3>Host</h3>
           <p>Renting out your unused space could pay your bills or fund your next vacation.</p>
           <p><a href="#">Learn more about hosting</a></p>
        </div>
            <!-- a <div> is not a candy -->
        <div class="col-md-4">

           <p><a href="#">Learn about trust at Airbnb</a></p>
        </div>
     </div> <!-- end of ROW -->
   </div> <!-- end of CONTAINER -->
  </div> <!-- end of LEARN MORE -->
<!-- what are these ??
</div>
</div>
</div>
-->
<!-- body & html Elements -->

===========================================

<div class="row">
    <div class="col-md-4"></div>
    <div class="col-md-4"></div>
    <div class="col-md-4"></div>
</div>

and should be encapsulated in a div-Element
which is carrying the "container" class-name
