When I submit the code it asks age and then instead of giving the correct text depending on their age, it just skips to printing out the Introduction

The error message showing up is:
ops, try again. Make sure your string is correct and is between quotation marks!

But I seem to have included all the quotation marks

console.log=confirm("I'm ready to play!");
var age=prompt("what's your age?");
if (age<13)
{
    console.log=("You're allowed to play but we take no responsibility");
}
else
{
    console.log=("Crack on and get gaming");
}

{
    console.log=("You are at a Justin Bieber concert, and you hear this lyric 'Lace my shoes off, start racing.'");

@micromaster66493,
The error is human created
as by using

console.log=(".....")

you reassigned the console.log() method....

Correct the error and then do a refresh Browser...

++++ reset of session *****************
As you are manipulating with objects
under certain circumstances you can shoot your Browser in an
inconsistent state.

Therefor it is of an advantage to know that you have 2 reset facilities:

One is the use of the F5-key which does a refresh Browser

and

Two, select&copy your code
Then use the Reset Code button of the course-window,
then paste your code back in.

Addendum
General Notes:
Always refresh the browser after making corrections:
CTRL f5 ( if on Windows or Linux)
CMD r ( if on a MAC).
CTRL 0 to reset browser zoom
