Error creating new object using object constructor method

var me = new object();

ReferenceError: 'object' is undefined

Anyone have any idea why this is failing?

You have to capitalize the " O " in object.

var me = new Object();

Wow! JS is really petty! Is case sensitivity something that can be disabled?

Thanks for the help.

No unfortunately that's just about every single language for programming. You'll have to pay a lot of attention to detail with every language, usually why it's so frustrating for new programmers.
