Email about cancellation subscription

Hello, I got this email yesterday 31st March 2023. I don’t know what’s happen, I didn’t click on anything to cancel my sub. Could somebody tell me what’s going on???

We cannot answer billing questions on the forums. Please contact customer service. Their hours are M-F, 10a-6pm. Turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
