Email about cancellation subscription

Hi, I got this email today. I don’t know what’s happen, I didn’t click on anything co cancel my sub. Could somebody tell me whats going on?
Usually this subscription thing happening opposite way, that they charge you, not to throw you away???

There are some bots but when I made a ticket for a billing question when I said the suggested articles did not help I was connected to a real person and this all happened with about 2 hours.
