#1

What Am I Doing Wrong On This Code Below:

true && true;    // => true
true && false;   // => false
false && true;   // => false
false && false;  // => false

var hungry = true;
var foodHere = true;

var eat = function() {
  if (hungry || foodHere) {
  return true;
  } else {
return false;
}
};
console.log( eat() );

You should use the and (&&) operator on this line, rather then or (||):

if (hungry || foodHere) {

you want only to return true if both hungry and foodHere are true, in which case you need to use &&, as you can see in the first 4 lines of your code:

true && true;    // => true
true && false;   // => false
false && true;   // => false
false && false;  // => false
