Does anyone know where to get a team?

Hi everyone.

I am close to finishing my C++ course for developing games on unreal engine.
once I am done learning how to use unreal I am going to make a small starter game by myself and see if I’m any good at it.

If the game is successful I want to join or put together a team (or just a collaboration with someone) to start with bigger projects.

Does anyone know where to get a team of unreal engine game developers?

(Note: This will probably only happen in a few months. I just wanted to know it in advance.)
